Family Support and Case Management

CEDA - Department of Family Support and Community Engagement (FSACE) - West Region provides short-term case management services to families seeking financial assistance through other FSACE programs. Case management includes an assessment of family needs and assists in the development of the Family Action Plan, information and referral, financial literacy, nutrition education and enrollment in other FSACE, agency, and community programs. Clients may be eligible for financial assistance to address other barriers. Any financial assistance will be paid directly to the approved provider.

Application process

Appointment RequiredThere is a pre-screening completed on each participant. An intake appointment is scheduled after eligibility is confirmed through the pre-screening. The intake appointment takes about 2 hours. Eligible participants are required to meet with the caseworker twice a month for 90 days.
