Faith in Action (FIA) is a ministry for senior adults with the goal of assisting seniors to remain independent. Volunteers help with the following: - Friendly calling. - Home visits. - Shopping/errand assistance. - Gracery delivery and assistance ordering (requires credit card, does not accept food stamps). - Smart Meals. - SHIP (Senior Health Insurance Program) counseling. - Social and educational events. - Exercise classes for seniors. - Ramp construction (must meet income and disability guidelines). - Garden Share.
