Community Support Team: Assists with preventing homelessness, increases job, social, and living skills, and assists with obtaining benefits (Social Security, Medical, etc.). Street Outreach: Supports individuals experiencing homelessness by encouraging engagement with approriate mental health services. Crisis Line of Fox Valley: Call and text line providing individuals with support and referrals. Victims Services: Assistance to victims of violent crime and/or trauma. Provides crisis intervention, counseling, advocacy, and referrals.
