ICARE-Project Advocate serves residents of Long-Term Care (LTC) facilities. Certified Ombudsman regularly visits these facilities to educate LTC residents of their rights, empower them to engage in problem-solving efforts, follow up on concerns, and resolve complaints made by or on behalf of LTC residents.
