- No fee for library cards and lending services to residents living or owning property within the Columbia city boundaries - Library cards available to individuals not residing in the city of Columbia but part of the Columbia Public School District for a yearly fee (currently $89.00) - Black and white copies/printing = $0.15 per page - Color copies/printing = $0.30 per page - Fax = $1.00 for the first page, $0.50 for each additional page (FAX service to local and toll-free numbers is free) - Fees are due for overdue books, cd's, videos
