FAMILY ENRICHMENT PROGRAM | WAYNE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT

Multifaceted program designed to provide helpful early-childhood services and activities for expecting families and those with children up to 3 years of age. - Bi-weekly personal visits with activities to increase child development skills, as well as offer social support. - Parent/child groups (LAP: Learning and Playing Time). - Regular developmental, social-emotional, health, hearing, and vision screenings. - Parent workshops for information and support. - Family fun activities and story hour. - Linkage to other support agencies. - Transition to other education programs at age 3. - Monthly newsletter. - Lending library.
