Community Health Centers
Community Health Centers are clinics that provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to everyone, regardless of a person's ability to pay. Services offered include prenatal care, pediatric care, help to manage chronic diseases (high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, and behavioral healthcare, etc.). Community Health Centers provide care for underserved populations, including LGBTQ, people who are homeless, and undocumented individuals and families. They accept some insurance plans, Medicaid-managed care plans, and sliding-scale self-pay.
