New riders will need to complete a registration form which can be obtained at the office or from a driver. When registered, call (708) 422-8776 at least 3 days ahead of time to schedule a ride. Appointments may be made as early as two weeks in advance and rides are scheduled on a first-come-first-served basis. Be ready to inform the dispatcher if a wheelchair is needed, the time of the appointment, and the address and telephone number of the destination. When finished with the appointment, call (708) 422-8776 for returns. The driver will be notified by radio. If using another way home, please notify the office.

Village of Evergreen Park provides curb-to-curb transportation for Evergreen Park senior citizens and disabled adults. The mini-bus operates Tuesday through Friday between the hours of 9:15am to 3:30pm. No pick-ups are made between 11:50am and 12:50pm.
