- Must be ages 19-35 years at time of application - Have a diagnosed developmental disability - Able to communicate needs effectively - Socially compatible with others - Willing and able to live and work within a structured program and living environment that provides choices - Can make decisions with support - Are self-medicating - Can manage their time, schedule, budget appropriately with assistance if necessary - Motivated to work or volunteer a minimum of 20 hours per week - Able to and motivated to live independently - Developmentally ready to make a commitment to a comprehensive residential and community-based program
