  • Adults age 18 and older.
  • Able to achieve independence after initial training period.
  • Able to provide own transportation or learn public transportation.
  • Must be connected to a third party funding sponsor such as the IL Department of Human Services-Division of Rehabilitation Services (DHS-DRS).

Provides a variety of supported employment programs and services to individuals with disabilities.

Programs and services include:

- Career counseling: assists individuals in identifying employment skills and interests to develop short- and long-term career goals.

- Job training and preparation: assists individuals in developing skills, attitudes, interpersonal skills, work behaviors, and functional capacities to achieve identified employment goals.

- Job development and placement: identifies job opportunities, completes work site analysis, negotiates job accommodations, and assists the individuals in finding jobs and employers well-matched to their employment.

- Job coaching and support services: provides job training and coaching services to individuals placed into employment, to ensure long-term success on the job.
