Surgery Fund: Scholarship-like program that provides financial assistance to trans folk who cannot afford their gender-affirming surgery. HRT Access Fund: Scholarship-like program that provides financial assistance to trans folk who cannot afford their gender-affirming hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Agency partners with Plume, Folx, QueerMed, and QueerDoc to provide recipients with 12 months of: - Medical care through initial and regular telemedical visits. - Lab work and monitoring 3 times throughout the year. - 24/7 text access to a predominantly trans care team. - Any medical letters that may be needed related to transitioning. - Prescription cost coverage. Electrolysis Support Fund: Scholarship-like program that provides financial assistance towards permanent hair removal services (including electrolysis and laser hair removal) for trans folk who cannot otherwise afford them. Grants total $1,250 per recipient paid directly to electrologist or laser hair removal provider.

Surgery Fund: Applicants will be responsible for a smaller percentage of medical fees. Fund cover approximately 70-97% of medical costs. Applicants should expect to cover travel fees, lodging, food expenses, time away from work, postoperative nursing care (when required), and certain postoperative medications.
Eligibility
Surgery Fund: - Individuals who identify as transgender (FTM, MTF, non-binary, genderqueer, gender non-conforming, and all other non-cis identities). - Adults age 18+ at the time of surgery. - Must have financial need that prevents applicant from affording gender-affirming surgery. - Ability to demonstrate past attempts at affording care (i.e.: saving money, fundraising, attempting to get insurance coverage). - Must complete surgery in the U.S. with a U.S.-based surgeon. - Surgery must take place on or after March 1 of the following year. HRT Access Fund: - Individuals who identify as transgender (FTM, MTF, non-binary, genderqueer, gender non-conforming, and all other non-cis identities). - Have financial need that prevents applicant from affording HRT. - Adults age 18+ at the time of application. - Must meet all eligibility requirements of chosen telehealth provider (providers may have different licensures, which means some treatments are only available in specific states). Electrolysis Support Fund: - Individual who identify as transgender (FTM, MTF, non-binary, genderqueer, gender non-conforming, and all other non-cis identities). - Must have a financial needs that prevents applicant from affording hair removal services. - Adults age 18+. - Individuals under the age of 18 with consent from parents/guardian and/or hair removal providers. - Seeking hair removal on face, neck, or on an area of body in preparation for bottom surgery (for trans feminine applicants). - Seeking hair removal on an area of body in preparation for bottom surgery and have a surgery date estimated or officially scheduled (for trans masculine applicants).
