Eviction Prevention Assistance | ILLINOIS HOUSING DEVELPOMENT AUTHORITY - Court-Based Rental Assistance Program

Provides funding to Illinois tenants and landlords who have pending cases in eviction court. Applicants may qualify for up to $10,000 that can be applied to the following: - Emergency rental payments for past-due rent - Two months of future rent payments - Court costs (up to $700)
