Eligibility

The TRIP program allows eligible residents to receive transportation service from PACE within the boundaries of Elk Grove, Hanover, Schaumburg, Palatine, and Wheeling Township for medical purposes only. Must not duplicate existing services.May go anywhere within the following townships: Elk Grove, Hanover, Palatine, Schaumburg and Wheeling.Stroger Cook County Hospital, Hines Veterans Hospital, Northwestern Hospital, Lovell Federal Healthcare, UIC Medical and Advocate Good Shepard is available on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday only.

One-Way Cost: $5.00 per township line crossed during a single trip with a maximum of $10.00 per one-way.
