Apply online through the OHA Portal when pre-application is open - For the Section 8 program, watch newspaper or call to find out when applications will be accepted - For the Mod Rehab program, visit the office to pick up listing of MOD programs to see if there are openings - For Subsidized housing information, visit the HUD website at www.HUD.gov and then enter state information (look under Quick Links, Subsidized Apartment search) or visit the office for a list of subsidized properties
