Must live within the boundaries of the Logan Square, Avondale, and Hermosa Expanded Mental Health Services Program Area. The LoSAH Center will not base program eligibility on a person's insurance status or ability to pay and will not discriminate on the basis of an individual's race, color, sex, national origin, immigration status, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

Staff will assist during the intake process to identify appropriate options that align with the client's needs
