Rapid Re-Housing Programs | Community Partnership of Southeast Missouri

The goal of rapid re-housing is to serve individuals and families who are literally homeless (people residing in shelters). The assistance will transition eligible participants into permanent housing as quickly as possible with the intention of helping such persons achieve stability in their housing. This program will provide long term rental assistance to assist individuals get established into permanent housing. Participants will work with a case manager to establish goals that will increase their abilities to maintain permanent housing on their own.
