Offers a partial hospitalization program, also known as a day treatment program, for clients who require a more intensive treatment than outpatient programs, but are unable to commit to a residential or inpatient rehabilitation facility. PHP can also offer therapy sessions which assist clients in addressing co-occurring mental and/or physical health issues in addition to their substance use. Main goals of partial hospital programs typically include: - De-escalating any immediate issues. - Providing patients with a stable, recovery-based environment where they have support and feel encouraged to change their behaviors. - Providing feedback that empowers patients to overcome their mental illness. - Making sure that patients are at the right level of care and that they are actively engaging in treatment. - Encouraging patients to have a continued recovery plan for the future after they have completed treatment. PHP services may include: - Individual therapy. - Group therapy. - Experiential therapies. - Family therapy. - Amenities provided by the PHP drug rehab facility.
