SPECIAL EDUCATION | SPECIAL EDUCATION DISTRICT OF MCHENRY COUNTY

Provides educational programming and services for member district students whose educational needs cannot be served within their local districts. Member districts annually complete a comprehensive needs assessment process identifying areas of programming needed for the upcoming school year. Programming includes itinerant services for hearing and vision needs, adapted physical education, autism, and/or orientation and mobility training. Related support services and diagnostic and consultation services are also available to support students in their educational environment. Professional development opportunities also available for clinicians and educators.
