Eligibility

Open to individuals ages 17 and older, must not be a high school graduate, not enrolled in school, and who has maintained residence in the State of Illinois for a minimum of 30 days, individuals ages 16 may be eligible, must be a resident for 30 days in the State of Illinois, must be enrolled in a youth education program under the Illlinois National Guard or ALOP through their local Regional Office of Education #11
