Offers classes to help people achieve their potential through education and training. There are several self-improvement classes for a participant to enroll in including energy conservation, nutrition with meal planning, budgeting, home management and maintenance, job readiness, parenting and child development, womens issues of abuse, family literacy and communication skills.
