Application process
(1) Call office during listed hours to complete a phone intake and to schedule a tour, (2) Meet with the Admissions Coordinator to fill out an admissions packet, (3) A program orientation will be offered on the first day of the program, (4) Participants will be assigned tasks to complete at the agency.

Eligibility
Persons with a brain injury or stroke; Must be able to move with less than half the needed help; Must be able to must their own medications.

Offers a Clubhouse Day Program for people with brain injuries or conditions affecting brain function. Provides job training, coaching, and work support through Department of Rehabilitation Services (DRS). Helps veterans through the Community Support Services (CSS) program.
