CCAC's Department of Justice-credentialed team provides a broad range of legal counseling and representation to U.S. citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs) in the immigration process, including family reunification cases.Services include the following:*Representation at The U.S.C.I.S. Chicago District Office*Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)*Family Based Petitions: Adjustment of Status, Consular Process, and Removal of Conditions from Residency*Inquiries for the Status of Cases at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and Other Government Agencies, *Including U.S. Embassies and Consulates Abroad*Naturalization/Citizenship*Outreach And Community Education on Immigration Issues*Replacement/Renewal of Permanent Residence Cards*Temporary Protected Status (TPS)*U Visa Applications for Victims Of Certain Qualifying Crimes*Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)*Visa Extension and Renewal*Work Authorization
