Description
Provides meals to senior citizens, aged 60 and over, at 3 meal sites in Stephenson, Carroll and Whiteside counties.
Home delivered meals are also provided to those who are home-bound, isolated, frail or unable to prepare meals for themselves.

Stephenson County - Central Kitchen, 524 West Stephenson Street, Lower Level, Freeport, IL.
Carroll County - Great River Outreach The Table, 411 Main Street, Savanna, IL.
Whiteside County - Whiteside County Senior Center, 1207 West 9th Street, Sterling, IL.
