Children's Place Association - Arthur E. Jones Early Childhood Care and Learning Center's Head Start program provides early childhood education, health screening, nutrition, and parent involvement services to low-income children ages 3-5 and their families. Specialized programming is maintained to incorporate children with special needs in daily classroom activities.
