Photo ID (driver's license, state ID, passport, or consular ID) Current utility bill in your name or the name of someone in your household, OR a copy of lease in your name For Veterans or family members of any DuPage County active duty military personnel: DD214 or Military ID Card.
2nd Saturday and 4th Friday each month, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
