Eligibility

Must meet three guidelines: - Need: Current housing is inadequate, overcrowded, transitional, government subsidized, or unaffordable. - Ability to Pay: Meets income guidelines based on family size. Housing payment cannot exceed 30% of gross income. See website for complete details. - Willingness to Partner: Must provide "sweat equity" hours. Some additional requirements (such as background check) may apply - contact for more information. Critical Home Repair: Clients must additionally be seniors, disabled, or have difficult family circumstances and are struggling to maintain their homes.
