Open to northern LaSalle County region, must complete application and qualify; for electricity and gas assistance must apply through LIHEAP first

For rent/mortgage assistance: completed rental assistance application, photo ID, utility bill as proof of residence, bank statement or cash card printout for last 30 days, proof of income/unemployment letter/ss letter/disability letter, we provide letter to give to landlord and W9 form completed by landlord for utility assistance: completed utility assistance application, photo ID, bill that needs to be paid, bank statement or cash card printout for last 30 days and proof of employment/income
