Open to those who have been residing in the apartment/home in which the fire occurred rendering the residence uninhabitable and do not have renters insurance, fire must have occurred no more than 45 days prior to the application for assistance

Proof of qualifying event (such as confirmation from Red Cross), must submit a written application for Emergency Assistance
