Eligibility

- Income guidelines apply - Must be at least 30 days behind - Must have unforeseen hardships/financial hardships, such as an apartment or house fire and if employed, lost wages due to emergency surgery

Required documents

- Photo ID - Proof of Income - Must show documentation of hardship (car repair receipt, occupancy permit and lease, letter from employer showing off for a month and half with no pay, must have been employed for 90 days)
