Early Care & Education - Centers for New Horizons - Altgeld Early Learning Center

Centers for New Horizons' Early Care & Education (ECE) model provides high-quality childcare services and educational training programs that demonstrate solid capacity to support the healthy development of infants, toddlers, and preschool children. CNH partners with Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to offer a Head Start program. Services include Universal Pre-Kindergarten, Preschool for All, Head Start, Preventative Initiatives, and Child Care. CNH also offers a home visiting/case management program for expecting mothers.
