Online Assistance:Those who have insurance coverage should first file a claim. Those who have uninsured or underinsured losses can contact FEMA by going online to www.fema.gov/disaster/4728, downloading the FEMA app, or calling the FEMA Helpline at 800-621-3362. In-Person Assistance:Those who need in-person assistance can visit a disaster recovery center. Assistance in languages other than English, including American sign language, and translated materials are available at these centers.
