Group Counseling | UMSL Counseling and Social Advocacy Center

Provides group counseling services to explore and address difficulties in a group setting. Difficulties might include depression, anxiety, grief, substance abuse, stress and coping difficulties, eating problems, difficulties with problem solving and decision making, problematic anger, sleep problems, sexual problems, difficulty adjusting to changes in their life circumstances and difficulties in relationship with other people in their life.
