(1) RTA Reduced Fare Cards: Present a photo ID card such as a driver's license or state ID card, a passport, or other official government-issued identification bearing your birth date and a photo. (2) Complete application. (3) Appointments are necessary, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
