  • Applications will be taken for all programs/sites as long as waiting list is open
  • Application may be printed from agency website www.mchail.org, once application is completed it may be mailed, hand delivered or emailed to agency office at [email protected]

  • No fees to apply for public housing program
  • Renters pays 30% of rent
