Senior Centers offer health, recreational, educational, social, and nutritional programs that promote healthy aging. Each center has a monthly calendar full of activities like health education sessions, exercise classes, field trips, and birthday parties. The centers also provide healthy and nutritious meals for breakfast and lunch.
