Catholic Charities Senior Centers are places for older adults to come together and connect with others to remain independent and avoid isolation. Senior Centers offer health, recreational, educational, social, and nutritional programs that promote healthy aging. Each center has a monthly calendar full of activities like health education sessions, exercise classes, field trips, and birthday parties. The centers also provide healthy and nutritious meals for breakfast and lunch.
