TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM | BCMW COMMUNITY SERVICES

A supportive housing program for homeless families. Participants are provided a subsidized transitional housing unit to live in while they actively work on goals that will make them self-sufficient. Target areas include income, employment, education, transportation, child care, health and housing. The ultimate goal of the program is for families to be able to obatin and remain in affordable permanent housing.
