Application process
- Schedule a reservation by phone or using the Ventra App at least two hours or up to seven days in advance - Rides are first-come, first-served - Depending on availability, rides may be available within a 10-minute notice Documents Required: - Seniors must provide date of birth at time of reservation - Individuals with disabilities must provide RTA Reduced Fare Permit number or ADA Paratransit ID number at time of reservation - Ventra Card, for those making payments using the Ventra App (physical card must be presented at pick-up)
Fees
Set Program Fee: - $2.00 one way for rides under 5 miles - $4.00 one way for rides 5-10 miles - $6.00 one way for rides over 10 miles Payment Methods: - Accepts cash only on-board; must be exact change - Accepts payment via Ventra App; payment must be made at time of reservation; rider must present physical Ventra Card at pick-up

Offers reservation-based transportation services for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Provides curb-to-curb service. All buses are wheelchair accessible and equipped with lift ramps. NOTE: Individuals with disabilities must be ADA Paratransit Certified. Call the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) ADA Paratransit Certification program to request an application and schedule an in-person eligibility interview.
