Application process

(1) Register at PaceCommuterRideshare.com and enter your home and work information to find carpool or vanpool matches. (2) For carpooling, search for commuters with similar routes or sign up as a driver or rider. Trip details are arranged between participants. (3) For vanpools, search for existing groups along your route and request to join. Pace will contact you with fare and schedule details. (4) If no vanpool group exists, form a new one with 3 or more commuters who have similar schedules. Choose a primary and backup driver and complete the required forms. Pace provides the vehicle through the Vanpool Incentive Program.

Fees

Self-Pay Riders in vanpools pay a monthly fare (varies based on route/schedule/rider status). Primary drivers typically ride free in groups meeting the required minimum number of riders. For carpools, the cost is decided by the participants. Pace does not collect payment for carpools.
