Appointment Required;-- Geographic Eligibility: Elgin, Hanover, Dundee and parts of Rutland Townships" COVID-19 Notice- The intake process currently requires that in order to receive admittance, individuals and families must first contact a caseworker, and provide ID for a background check, as well as a negative COVID test. Primary applicant must be 18 years or older. Clients seeking service must demonstrate a community connection to the service areas such as employment and must pass a background check."
