Pre-employment training, job referral and placement, and post-placement follow-up to individuals who have been formerly incarcerated or those with other correctional/criminal justice histories. Works to reduce recidivism by supporting the efforts of people with criminal records to become employed, law-abiding members of the community. Services provided include intensive case management, cognitive behavioral interventions, anger management, financial empowerment, referrals to supportive services, mentoring program and follow-up.
