Childbirth Education - BA NIA, Inc. - Main Office

BA NIA offers a seven-week series that educates participants on the growth and development of the fetus during pregnancy. The class offers an alternative and holistic approach to labor and delivery using visual aids and hands-on information regarding the four stages of labor. The seven-week series includes birthing choices, labor and delivery, growth and development of fetus, complications, nutrition and fitness, postpartum period, and caring for your newborn, with each topic having several subcategories discussed in detail. Upon completing childbirth education classes, women are prepared to deliver their babies at home or in a hospital setting.
