Application process

Referrals received from school districts. Documents Required - Schools and/or districts must complete a formal referral on website along with: - A copy of documentation showing the school/district attempted at least different types of interventions (Home Visits, Parent Meeting, School District letter, etc...), - Proof of sending a certified letter to the family with return receipt after the 10th unexcused absence and a copy of student's current attendance record.
