Eligibility

Applicant must be pregnant or have a child under 19 years of age living with them; Child who is 18 years old must be a full-time high school student; A pregnant woman (and her husband, if he lives with her) without any other children may also qualify; Must reside in Illinois; Be a U.S. citizen or meet specific immigration requirements; Must develop a plan for becoming self-sufficient and follow that plan

May include, but not limited to: Children's birth certificates (to show they are related to you) Social Security cards for everyone Paycheck stubs and proof of other income
