Applicant must be pregnant or have a child under 19 years of age living with them; Child who is 18 years old must be a full-time high school student; A pregnant woman (and her husband, if he lives with her) without any other children may also qualify; Must reside in Illinois; Be a U.S. citizen or meet specific immigration requirements; Must develop a plan for becoming self-sufficient and follow that plan

Programs include Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Aid to the Aged, Blind and Disabled (AABD), Medicare Savings Program, and Medicaid.
