Varies based on funding available. Homeless under HUD guidelines, economic crisis, proof of imminent eviction. Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) - Rapid Re-Housing Program: - Must be literally homeless or fall into one of the categories under homeless definition: - Staying in Emergency Shelter, Safe Haven, Motel/Hotel supported with Government/ Charity, Street/Place not meant for human habitation. - Fleeing/attempting to flee Domestic Violence. Homeless Prevention Program: - Income under 200% Poverty . - Proven financial crisis within the last 90 days. Voucher Shelter: - Must be literally homeless and unable to stay at a homeless shelter.
