Open to households with an income at or below 200% of the federal poverty income level; Income is based on all money received in a 30-90 day period, depending upon the client's need; Clients may be helped only once per program year up to a maximum amount set by the Department of Health Care and Families

Utility assistance to help eligible low-income households pay for their winter energy services. Available from September 1 through May 31 or until funding is depleted. May provide one-time benefit payment, percentage of income payment plan, reconnection assistance, or emergency furnace assistance.
