Youth Services include: - Work Experience (when available). - Internships and Apprentice programs. - Referral to other appropriate agencies and services. - Comprehensive assessments and development of Individual Employment Plans. - Career planning. - Job readiness training. - Occupational skills training. - Vocational training (up to a maximum of two years). - On-the-job training. - Customized training. - Incumbent worker training. - Support services during training. - Follow up services.

Eligibility

- For students in their junior or senior year of high school, and adults 18-24. - Must be a citizen of, or authorized to work in, the United States and be registered with the Selective Service if a male over 18 years of age. - Other eligibility requirements vary based on the individual's situation. - Household income may be used to determine eligibility but individuals with disabilities, homeless, foster child or aged out of foster care system, pregnant or parenting, member of a family receiving SNAP (food stamps) or TANF, free or reduced lunch recipient, or basic skills deficient may qualify regardless of income. - High School dropouts automatically qualify.
