WEATHERIZATION PROGRAM | CROSSWALK COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY

Helps low income residents and households conserve fuel and reduce energy costs by making homes and apartments more energy efficient. Also provides many health and safety upgrades. Services include air sealing, attic and wall insulation, HVAC repair or replacement, electric base load reduction (lighting and refrigerator replacement), ventilation and moisture control measures (and other health/safety measures).

Maximum $15,000 for energy-related weatherization and repair work (per client's home)

Maximum $3,500 for health and safety-related measures.

Must be an owner-occupied property or a renter whose landlord accepts the terms of the contract, household income does not exceed federal guidelines, or household has an occupant who receives SSI, LIHEAP, or TANF grant
