LLS CO-PAY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM | LEUKEMIA & LYMPHOMA SOCIETY - ILLINOIS CHAPTER

Provides financial assistance to individuals living with blood cancer. Eligible individuals can receive assistance with medical insurance premiums; treatment-related co-pays; deductibles and co-insurance (for expenses covered by the program); co-pays for prescription medication related to prescribed treatment; and co-pays for non-diagnostic labs, scans, and tests.
