To begin filing online go to www2.illinois.gov/ides/Pages/default.aspx - Those with last names beginning A-M can file online on Sundays, Tuesdays or Thursdays - Those with last names of N-Z can file online on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays - Saturdays are available to anyone who could not file during their allotted window If calling in to file a claim, call 800-244-5631 - Those with last names beginning with letters A-M are asked to call Tuesdays or Thursdays between 7:30am and 6:00pm - Those with last names beginning N-Z are asked to call Mondays or Wednesdays between 7:30am and 6:00pm - Fridays from 7:30am to 6:00pm are for anyone who could not file during their allotted window
