Breakthrough Urban Ministries' Sports & Fitness Academy focuses on improving physical well-being and fostering positive peer and adult relationships. Participants learn conflict resolution skills and leadership development. Each year the program serves students through a variety of beginner, intermediate, and advanced sports teams. The teams participate in weekly training and competitive games and run on seasonal schedules.
